3. At checkout, apply the code - gift cards can be used alongside other discount codes
4. If your order total is higher than the gift card balance, pay the remaining balance with another payment method

Why Is My Code Not Working?

Code was applied to a pending order

If you clicked "Place Order" without entering payment info, the system generates a pending (unpaid) order in your account. The coupon becomes tied to that order and can't be used again.

Fix: Contact us with your email and the code - we'll cancel the pending order so the code works again. You can see pending orders in your account's order history.

Code is expired or already used

Codes from prior reviews or promotions may have expired. Send us the code and we'll check its status.

Error applying code before placing order

Contact us before completing payment next time - tell us what error message you saw and we'll help apply the code properly.

Discount Combining Rules

• WELCOME20 cannot be combined with any other discount code.
• Buy X Get Y / BOGO promotions can be combined with any other discount.
• Points-redeemed discounts cannot be combined with WELCOME20, but can be combined with most other discounts. When in doubt, check the promotion terms or ask our support team.
• Gift cards can always be used alongside discount codes.

BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions

• The free flavor is typically set by the brand that sponsors the promotion.
• If the specific item in your cart shows a "Change Variant" option, you can change the flavor; otherwise, the flavor cannot be changed.
• To receive a specific flavor, select it at full price instead of as the free item.
